How To Make Salmon Bowls
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Step 2: Whisk the honey, olive oil, lime juice, onion powder, paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper together in a small bowl.
Step 3: Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Rub the honey lime seasoning over the tops of the salmon.
Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is done and flakey when tested with a fork. Note that cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fish.

I personally don’t like to eat the skin on the salmon but it generally is okay to eat. I keep the skin on the salmon while it cooks. It easily comes off once it’s cooked though so if you want to avoid it you can.
