How To Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

When I say they are simple to make, I mean it.

    1. First, place the peanut butter, dates, coconut flakes, coconut flour and cacao powder in a high powered blender or food processor.
    2. Blend the ingredients until fully combined and creamy.
    3. Roll the peanut butter mixture into teaspoon sized balls and place on a plate. Once all the mixture is rolled into balls, place the plate in the freezer. The balls will need to firm up before dipping in the chocolate, this will take about 20 minutes.
    4. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in either the microwave or stovetop.
    5. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool. Cover entirely with chocolate and let the excess drip off. Then roll the balls in desired garnishes or top with flaky sea salt. Place the dipped balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
    6. Once all balls are dipped and garnished as desired, place them in the refrigerator to set.
    7. Store in the refrigerator for up to a few days and enjoy!
