In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients and mix together until smooth batter forms.
Divide the batter up between 9 donut molds. Bake 10-12 minutes.
Coat the donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture after they're cooled.
