Baked Apple Cider Donuts Recipe (Gluten Free)

These gluten free baked apple cider donuts are soft and delicious. The perfect fall donut that can easily be made any time of the year! Optionally coated in a cinnamon sugar mixture and completely dairy free and gluten free.

Mix

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and salt.

Add together

In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients and mix together until smooth batter forms.

Bake

Divide the batter up between 9 donut molds. Bake 10-12 minutes.

Coat the donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture after they're cooled.
