Salmon Patties (Gluten Free)

These Salmon Patties are flaky, simple to make, and full of flavor! Made with canned salmon for convenience or fresh salmon if preferred. This recipe is also gluten free, dairy free, and paleo friendly.

In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.

Next, using a spoon or ¼ cup measuring scoop, form six equal-sized patties that are about ½ inch thick.

Fry Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan at medium-high heat. Place the patties in the pan and fry each side for 3 to 4 minutes.
