WITH SWEET HONEY
Start by boiling the sweet potatoes until soft (about 12 minutes). Add the ghee, milk, salt and pepper then mash.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet and drain. Then sauté the olive oil with onion, garlic, peas and carrots. Add the rest of the ingredients and spices.
Spread the meat filling evenly in a 9x9 baking dish or dutch oven. Spoon the sweet potato mash on top.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Let it cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
