Vegan Nacho Cheese

This creamy vegan nacho cheese recipe is made with simple ingredients and so easy to make! Use it as a chip dip or topping for tacos, quesadillas or nachos.

Step 1: Soak the cashews in hot water for 1 hour to soften.

Step 2: After the cashews have been soaked, place them in a high powered blender with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3: Heat over low heat and serve as a dip or topping for tacos or quesadillas.
